Meet the owner
A lifelong resident of the Fort Wayne, IN area, John Ackerman was proficient with computing before he graduated from primary school. He continued pursuing his lifelong passion of learning about, fixing, and improving anything with a circuit board through his career.
Throughout his career, he has helped hundreds of people resolve their technical issues, while simultaneously providing education so that they better understand technology. He eventually realized he has another passion; helping others.
Combining this technical expertise, with the desire to provide excellent service by treating others as humans, not numbers, sparked the birth of iNNitrode. John maintains that these values will always be the core of the company.
